Do to the generous support of Vail EpicPromise, the students of Summit County Schools were able to attend our 3rd Grade Mountain Ecology program at Keystone Science School throughout this winter and spring.
This program is designed to supplement the elementary school curriculum by taking students into their backyards to learn about our unique forest dynamics, climate change, and how to maintain forest health. Participating schools included Frisco Elementary, Silverthorne Elementary, Breckenridge Elementary, Upper Blue Elementary, Dillon Valley Elementary and Summit Cove Elementary.
