Legacy Giving
KSS is grateful to receive gifts of any size in support of our mission and in honor of the legacy of our generous donors. An endowed fund to Keystone Science School was established through The Summit Foundation in 2015. There are many ways to support The Science School through Planned Giving from a planned gift through your IRA, a qualified retirement plan, or a bequest of a legacy gift through your will or trust.
In-Kind Donations
Contributions of time, as well as gently used items, are always appreciated. Please visit our In-Kind Donations page for more information on goods or services KSS needs.
Shop to Support
As you shop, contribute to the KSS mission by signing up for Amazon Smiles, City Market Community Rewards, iGive, goodsearch, or goodshop. These wonderful businesses donate a portion of your purchases back to Keystone Science School!
Sponsor a Program
We have several opportunities for sponsors at KSS across our summer camp, education programs and fundraising events. Our sponsors help insure quality programming for all of the campers, students, schools and teachers that we impact.
Donate Gear
KSS is always in need of gear to offer to students and campers when they come to KSS for our outdoor programs.
Give a Scholarship
Keystone Science School’s scholarship programs make it possible for every child to learn science outdoors, develop their critical thinking skill sets, and meet new friends. Our scholarship programs include Camperships and Schoolerships.
Camperships
We believe every child deserves camp. Community-minded individuals and businesses commit scholarship funding to support our Campership programs for children ages 5 – 17. By sponsoring this financial aid program, you can help a child experience one of our camp programs.
Schoolerships
Help send an entire classroom to one of our multi-day programs with a Schoolership! This unique program brings teachers and students together with our instructors for a customized and memorable academic experience.
Call for Scholarship Committee Members!
Scholarship recipients are determined in collaboration with a Scholarship Committee. Our Scholarship Committee reviews all applications. Members are given detailed instructions to assist with their review of applications and the completion of a rubric that guides their recommendation of awards. KSS is currently seeking Scholarship Committee members to review applications to our summer programming.
