2025 Camp Registration

Get Ready For Registration Ahead of Time:

Important: Sessions fill quickly on enrollment day, so we recommend being ready at the scheduled time. Please know our subsidized spots for Summit School District families are extremely limited.

Before Enrollment Opens:

1. Create Your Account or Ensure You Can Login
2. Complete Required Forms:
   • Navigate to the “Forms” section on the homepage in the left sidebar.
   • If applicable, upload F&R Lunch Letters and CHP+ Cards.
   • Select “View Form” on each of your camper’s tiles to complete the following
     • Fill out the Pre-Enrollment Health History form for each camper (this is required to enroll).
     • Fill out any other available if you’d like. 
3. Start the Enrollment Process:
   • Go to the “Enrollment” tab and select “Enroll For 2025” on each camper’s tile.
   • Complete Step 1 and save it. When enrollment opens, you’ll be able to jump directly to Step 2.
4. Save Your Payment Info:
   • To speed up checkout, save your payment details in advance under the “Financials” section.
   • Enrollments require a 20% deposit. If waitlisted, no charge will be applied, but your card info is still required.

When Enrollment Opens:

• Be On Time: Sessions may be filled within minutes, so make sure you log on at your designated time. Those sessions will only be available during the window listed above, then closed until 2:00 PM. 
• Waitlists: Even with all the preparation above, your camper may be waitlisted. We encourage adding your camper to the waitlist of your desired sessions. There’s no charge to be on the waitlist, and we honor the waitlist on a first-come first-served basis.
  • You are welcome to check in after the 20th of January to see where your camper is on the waitlist.
• Summit School District Day Camp: Subsidized spaces will waitlist before the day camp session because it is only a portion of the overall capacity. Families have the option of enrolling in the day camp at the full-pay unsubsidized rate ($549 per session). To do this, you will return to Step 1 of the enrollment process for your camper and select “No” to the question ” Does the participant attend a school in the Summit School District?” When you proceed to Step 2, it will show you only the Full Pay Rate Sessions. SSD families enrolled in this option are not eligible for the subsidized rates for these enrollments and will be required to pay the full rate.

After Enrollment:

• Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email soon after submitting your enrollment. This is only to indicate that we have received your enrollment request. If you don’t receive this, we didn’t get your enrollment.
• Enrollment Status: Within about 72 hours, you’ll receive an update on your camper’s status and next steps.
