Legacy Camp – Ages 5-17
Legacy Camp is designed for children dealing with the death of a family member. This unique program was created to instill pride, strength, and power through the concept of legacy. With intentional, purposeful programming, we work to provide these children with a sense of community, empowerment, confidence, and fun. Each program is supported by our Legacy Volunteers and a team of licensed therapists. Each year we have camper only retreats and programs which are open to both campers and parents. Through the generous support of a collection of donors, this program is offered free of charge.

|Camping Retreat||9/6-9/8||We're packing up Legacy Camp and going on a camping excursion. Campers will have the opportunity to test out their wilderness skills, build confidence in the outdoors, and make life long friends. We will cap off our weekend with our very special Dedication hike.|
|Fall Retreat||11/8-11/10||With the final program of the year, we reflect on the confidence we have gained in ourselves. We take a look at the years trials and triumphs.|
|Winter Dinner||TBD||The Holidays can be a difficult time for families dealing with the death of a loved one. The Winter Family Dinner is designed to bring parents, guardians, and siblings together with other families to play games, make friends, and enjoy a delicious meal together.|
|Spring Event||TBD||We invite campers and their families to stay the night at Keystone Science School. This program will offer specialized programming for our campers and parents led by our therapist. We will finish the weekend off with an adventure such as snow tubing, alpine coaster, etc. The objective of this program is to give relief to the families and provide them with an opportunity to have fun and enjoy being with one another. Our team provides opportunities for campers and parents to talk about what is going on in their lives with our therapists.|
We are grateful for a community of generous individuals, corporations, and foundations whose contributions make this program a reality for children and their families.
