Sponsor an Outdoor Education Program at Keystone Science School!


We have several program sponsorship opportunities at KSS. Please contact our Development team at development@keystonescienceschool.org or call 970-468-2098 if you are interested in sponsoring a KSS program!

The following 5 programs are available for sponsorship:

Girls in STEM: Snow Science

This program focuses on addressing challenges experienced by women interested in pursuing STEM-specific education and careers. Participants will learn about snow science and avalanche mitigation.

Girls in STEM: Medical Explorers

Participants will learn about bioengineering and healthcare in partnership with The Steadman Philippon Research Institute (SPRI), go on a laboratory tour and have the opportunity to hear from women connected to the healthcare industry.

Girls in STEM: Film Fest

In partnership with Breckenridge Film Festival, participating girls will learn about careers within the film industry as they produce their own short films, with support from a variety of females currently working in the film industry.

Girls in STEM: Water in the West

Water in the West focuses on addressing challenges experienced by women interested in pursuing STEM-specific education and careers. Participants will learn about water management in Colorado and the western United States.

Beyond the Classroom

Beyond the Classroom is a 3-day professional development workshop for 4th-12th grade teachers and informal educators, learning how to facilitate an issues-based curriculum in their classroom.

H2O Outdoors

H2O Outdoors is a 3-day program teaching high school students about the many uses of water and the policy which surrounds how Colorado’s water is managed. Students will learn about careers in water management, conduct field-based research, and visit key locations in Summit County.
